Papua-New Guinea - Kimel Plantation

Saying goodbye to the last of the Papua-New Guinea. Overall, I was more impressed with the Honduras than this coffee- while very good, it didn't have some of the brighter flavors that the Honduran coffee had.

Did this one inside the garage - ambient outdoor was 50. The roast was not very even.
